I. ORDER CONFIRMATION
If ordered via FORM: Order and payment details will be sent on your email 24-72 hrs after we receive your orders.
If ordered via SITE: You will automatically receive order confirmation after checking out on site.
II. PAYMENT
We always require 50% down payment (should be sent within 24 hours of order confirmation) for us to secure your item and also for us not to have a bogus buyer and joy reserver.
If there are cases that you will not be able to pay within 24 hours because of "Bank Maintenance" or any other payment issues, inform us immediately so we can adjust your deadline.
Full payment upon order is always welcome.
Please pay on time, late payments will be charged another 100php/day on top of your total order payment.
II. PAYMENT FORM
We always require to fill up Payment form after payment was made. This should include clear photo of proof of payment.
Payments will NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED if you don't fill out Payment form.
Payments made thru GCash and Paymaya option, we require SCREENSHOT OF EMAIL FROM GCASH or Paymaya or the SCREENSHOT OF TRANSACTION HISTORY from the app that shows the transaction of payment.
SCREENSHOT OF SMS and SCREENSHOT AFTER TRANSACTION ( shows 'Transaction is being processed' will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
II.B PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Payment Status in our site will only change if FULLY PAID. If buyer only paid partial amount/down payment of the item ordered we will update Masterlist.
Payment will be automatically reflect on our masterlist once confirmed and should be posted 48-72 hours after sending the payment. Masterlist was attached on your order confirmation email.
If in case that your payment was not reflected after the said timeline, kindly inform the shop immediately.
III. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
No cancellation of orders, once you received your order confirmation email and we secure your item. Hence, there will be a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee will be half of the price of the item that you order from the shop.
Shop has the right to cancel orders who will not be able to pay on their DOP.
IV. ITEMS
All of the albums sold from our shop are COUNTED ON CHARTS unless stated otherwise.
All of the merch sold in our shop are all OFFICIAL MERCH unless stated otherwise.
Always read the product description of the item before placing an order to avoid confusion.
All purchase from our shop comes with freebies.
V. REFUND
You won't be able to make a refund once you placed your order unless the item is out of stock.
Refund will only be applicable if the GO (Group Order) will not push through due to lack of number of orders received or there are any problems encountered when opening the GO.
VI. LIABILITIES
We are not liable for any loss or damage of items due to shipment by local or international couriers.
We are also not liable for the loss of your items due to unable to check your tracking number in the masterlist. Please contact the local courier if any problems occur.
We are not also responsible for any damaged items due to manufactures fault. We will post ahead of time if we receive the item that has manufacturer defects for a heads-up on our dear buyers before receiving the item.
VII. SHIPPING/ARRIVAL
ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) will be under NORMAL ETA which takes 4-5 weeks after shipped from Korea. Remember this is just estimated not the exact time of arrival of the items.
Delayed shipping of the items from the manufacturers and couriers are not under our control.
Failure to receive your order in delivery will result to return the package in our address. You will need to pay another shipping fee if this happen. So please make sure that the details you provide like name, contact number and address are correct and complete. We also have the right to deny any shipment returns if the product is not in good condition like opening the product and removing labels or tags, etc.
Buyer should do unboxing video as a proof in case there are incomplete item sent. We will not entertain complaints without video presented.
VIII. TRACKING
Buyer should track his/her order once shipped out.
Masterlist was attached on your order confirmation email. We regularly update the masterlist for the buyers to monitor/track their item.
Tracking number will be updated on masterlist/site once we shipped the item.
IX. BANNED FROM THE SHOP
The shop have the rights to block users that falls under all of these categories:
BOGUS BUYERS/JOY RESERVERS are the one who've sent us an order form but failed to pay the amount from the given period of time of the shop indicated on their order confirmation email.
Buyers who show counterfeit receipts or proof of payments.
Buyers who will try to defame the shop. DEFAMATION is a false and unprivileged statement of fact that is harmful to someone's reputation (which is Keep Poppin Shop), and published "with fault," meaning as a result of negligence or malice. By doing this, there's a big possibility that you might get sued.
X. OTHERS
The shop have the rights to cancel the GO if there are any unfortunate events encountered.
Please be advised that we are checking the items first and posting photos before we ship it to the customers, so there will be no problems when you receive the item.
We all know how much you love the items so we will be extra careful when packing it.
We also have NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY.
We only take orders to the one who is willing to wait and please be responsible buyer.
To all of our buyers, LONG PATIENCE IS A MUST because all of our items are under NORMAL ETA unless otherwise stated.
After we shipped out all the items, KEEP POPPIN SHOP responsibility will end.

Box Sharing - Terms and Conditions
Rate includes: KR Add rental, International SF and free photo update (KR and PH Arrival).
Items are subject to assessment upon arrival on PH Address (weight and dimensions.
ETA is 4-6 weeks once box was picked-up on KR Address.
You must be patient on waiting for the box to be full since this is BOX SHARING
Tracking number should be declared before the items arrived in our KR Address.
KR Address details will not be shared unless payment is settled.
You are NOT ALLOWED TO DISCLOSE/SHARE KR ADDRESS to others. If you violate this, we reserve the right to halt all of your transactions and dispose all of your items.
